Brat

I know the place, and his wife is absolutely psychotic. I’m amazed these two haven’t killed each other yet, either on the job or at home. From what I understand, there is absolutely no morale, and, although I hear the menu is pretty good and the kitchen manager knows his stuff, the language, heard from both the owner and his wife, on the ‘floor’ and in front of customers, is unbelievable and thouroughly unprofessional. The rest of the staff seem pretty friendly, though.

I know the place, and you couldn’t be more correct. They are both trailer trash, I’ve heard that people have actually left the restaurant during one of their many constant ‘fights’ on the floor. The language is unbelievable. She’s a major bitch, and what’s amazing is that they haven’t killed each other by now. It’s too bad, because I understand they have an excellent menu, at least for an airport.

The title of your comment is misleading, as it states that you are complaining about the “Nantucket brewery”. This could be very insulting to the folks who own/ work out there. For the record, the owners of the actual brewery, which is NOT at the airport, are wonderful people. Sorry about your terrible experience at the AIRPORT.
