Chef doesn’t show for interview or call to reschedule

that’s obvious…he is afraid if he hired someone who might be better!

He is an idiot….comes up with these outragous menu tests that most of the staff cant pass…doesnt believe servers should ask chefs about dishes on the menu….all he does is walk in yell at everyone…FOH and BOH alike…the owner does nothing…its a shame because its not a bad place to eat…food is ok..brunch is a good deal…I wouldnt work there if it was the last place on earth

I would not work for this location or the one in Boston, I worked in the boston location. The General Manager is an idiot…..Al is his name….he expects servers to do his personal errands…He is a child doesnt know what he is doing….never ran a restaurant before….the one thing that comes to mind when I think of him is …”what a tool”. He promises you everything and delivers on nothing….he likes to pit servers against each other. The only way you can get a decent schedule is if you sleep with him.(the only way he can get any) He acts like a child half the time throwing temper tantrums….he breaks more labor laws and doesnt even realize it that is how ill informed he is…as a restaurant they dont offer any health insurance how the get around this I havent figured out since it is the law in Massachusetts. The owner keeps his head in the sand. What really scares me is the are thinking of opening a 3rd location at the Natick Collection…the one good thing about this is the kitchen will be new so it will be clean…..and so you know I quit this job wasnt fired.
