The kitchen practices here would turn your stomach. They dont clean ANYTHING…..Im talking knives, sautee pans, cutting boards…..
Just imagine your medium rare lamb being carved with a knive used to cut raw chicken just minutes before…and then gobs of grease from the neglected hood exhaust fan dripping down onto the saute range and into the pan your vegetables are being cooked in…..

The owner Adrienne is also a heartless bitch who could probably play a spot-on cruella deville in a 101 dalmations movie.
Pretentious people serving shit food and calling it "fine dining"….do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, you would only be short changing yourself…..dont work there and CERTAINLY dont eat there.

Although i was already employed, I always keep an eye out for something better. I saw that GLORY was hiring and had always thought it had a great demographic, as well as decor. During that time, there had been a top shelf chef, the female hot shot chef who opened GLORY. Funny, went I went to interview, the chef had moved on, no worries though, I was happy to at least interview for something that may potentially be a breath of fresh air in our industry. WRONG! I had the displeasure of interviewing with “Cruella”. What a joke. I came professionally dressed and she showed up late, and with her baby, to boot. Typical Greek biatch that could NOT stop taking about her mother. The interview was constantly interupted. Her manager was a long time employee, who was only 23 years old and no college education. I unfortunately made the mistake of telling “Cruella” that the reason I was looking to move on elsewhere was because I was working for an underqualified ‘child’ who had not earned respectable stripes in the industry and had refused to consider helpful constructive advice from those of us with a collection of decades more experience in very high end city dining venues. I later did a ’shadow” which consisted in following a server. I asked (very politly and non-intrusively) how much I may potentially make each week and the witch I was following became huffy and then went and told the manager that I was in it for money… WHAT?! Everyone else seemed to like me well enough. Needless to say, I did not get the job. A friend of mine had stopped in numerous times vying for a job there. He had a great resume and was clean cut. Evidently, they must have though he was not good wnough. He’s got the last laugh now becasue he has a great job elsewhere working for a successful establlishment. Looks like they did us a tremendous favor. Glad to know that GLORY is anything less than…….BIATCHES!
