I worked for this "pillar of society" when he made his first U.S. fortune running King Henry’s Feast on International Drive in Orlando after bilking customers and servers running banquets in his native UK. We would have a buyout of the whole place for 40,000$$$ or more. We would do all the setup and breakdown for 10 hours or more.We figured based on what this cost the customer (usually some corporation event) we would each make at least 150$$. We would get on our check maybe 50$ if we were lucky.They would make "little mistakes" on our checks for other stuff such as overtime that were AlWAYS in their favor. When I went to work for Isleworth later we would book these huge Bar Mitzvahs and weddings for the uber rich. The wine for most of these functions was well over 200 $$ a bottle for upwards of a 1000 guests, including Shaq, Tiger, Adam Sandler, etc. Then you would get less than a 100$$ on your check. Joe Lewis is a billionaire now and he is credited for starting the Burnham Institute startup medical city in Orlando. I will never let my child work in this industry ever, it is full of mini madoffs.
