I worked at this place for two years , the management here is so young and incompetent. Mangers think they are in control and are doing the right thing but in fact the staff run the show and eat the shit the managers give out . It is extremley pretensious and tghey rude to the guest. HR always will back the management and the banquet manager Jaime is Homophobic. Banquet managers get gratuity. He hates lesbians and gays. Room service is run horribly the management is all under 30 and they think they know it all when in the staff run the show. As in most places managers are only a title. Bristol lounge treats the staff like shit.
