Whack -job lady

I agree” I worked there as a server for a short while. The owner was a whack-job who could never decide how she wanted anything to be, and changed her mind constantly. Also everything was always the waiters fault. If a customer complained that the food was too slow it was because the waiters didn’t know how to “work” the customers. If someone waited forty minutes between courses it was because the waitstaff couln’t get them to understand that all the food was “made to order”. When the kitchen was busy it was the person doing the seating that got read the riot act. All this instead of taking a look inward and seeing the probl;ems that really came from the kitchen. We would get no real information about the food and when we did, it would change the next night without any warning. The owner was so into pyscoanalizing everyone on her staff and didn’t see the real problem area, which was the kitchen. She seemed to really have no passion for what she did, and not a lot of respect for people who tried to make it for her.

She was wrong almost all the time . but boy did she love her brown noser,s . you guys know who you are
