Most of these people who open restaurants don’t have any brains, just credit. The managers hire people who are like them, stupid. Birds of a feather…
Also people aren’t hired for work anymore, it’s always on a "trial basis." One has to fit in, another words be just like the other mental midgets on the floor. And if you aren’t just like them. you’re schedule is cut and the word insubordination is thrown around.
And forget "waiting" on the clientele because it doesn’t seem to be practiced anymore. So if you want to last at one of these places you must act like a derelict, complain alot, stab co workers in the back, wear dirty clothing and have a bad attitude that everyone can see.
