The GM Mike Gallagher is a serious bi poler freak out. It is usually frightening to work for him, because he literally gets into screaming fits and you worry he is going to strike you. The cook is an alcoholic who disappears when he is hungover, leaving the busser to help cook. The money is ok one or twice every few weeks but usually nonexistent most days. A $10 wage per hour helps but doesn’t add up since you aren’t working 8 hour shifts.
This place is ok if you can handle verbal abuse, frightening working conditions, and $1000 or less is enough for you to live off of every two weeks, if you are lucky. This is a place to work if you can’t find anything better. But keep looking while you are here!
