Clueless ownership

I was on the opening team for Cafe Touche. We were trained and mentoredby Mr Dave Ligon, a professional restaurateur, and the place got off to a fantastic start, gaining positive press and great reviews. The owner of the restaurant was never around, but the manager was doing a great job. Then in April he was let go. We heard reasons from salary issues to “changing the personality of the cafe” whatever that means. Bottom line the place has gone consistently downhill including the food quality. The sous chef quit 2 days after the manager left. I dont work a lot now because it is just not the same and it wont ever reach its potential being run by the bartender.
Why jesus allows this sort of thing to continue is a mystery.
