Dirty kitchen!

First and foremost, don\’t ever eat there! The loser chef who by the way is NOT Marcus Samuelson, has neglected to pay many of his vendors and they now only give him the old rotten fish. He can\’t bring in any good product and what he does get in,I would feed to my dog!
If you can get past the fact that you would be serving rotten food, you would then have to deal with a general manager who is NEVER there and two managers who do COCAINE in the bathroom. You can always tell when they’ve run out….they become unbearable!
Also, it’s a tip pooled house where the back waiters end up making more money than the servers. I strongly caution anyone who may have thought about working there NOT TO!
Ive worked in a lot of places that I may have liked or not liked over the years, however, this one by far was the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think about doing 10 covers a night. It’s amazing this place is still open!

I got 18 years in our industry and they did not hire me. Thats all I gotta say. Nothing bad about the interview guy. But they just need to say, if u dont hear from us by Friday ur not hired. Thats all we need. Don’t pretend you are gonna call..LOL.. I was a manager and I told my prospects if I didn’t call in 3 days I picked another person. That is all the closure we need.
I worked there two years ago. I hope it tanks. horrible place to work. management condescending. no business. the foreigners in the hotel don’t tip for shit. I quit soon enough when i realized this place is waste of time.










I see on Craig’s List, they’re looking for a new executive chef. Is it worth replying to? How’s the rest of the kitchen staff? Is a total house cleaning necessary?
