The place is owned by monkeys. The Chef/partner Jason Paskewitz has talked about wanting to bleach the bartender\’s (at the time) ass and eat her out, and would say how he\’d think about doing it when he would his \"girlfriend.\" Also, the owner/manager Ryan has told one of the servers there how she should unbutton her shirt when she serves his friends, and also how if his wife Anna weren\’t around, he would \"do something\" to her. When she exclaimed \"WHAT?!\" he responded with \"What, did I cross the line or something?\"
The staff has been called lippy cocksuckers, whores, douchebags, hill jacks, bitches, faggots, stupid cunts-to their face or to other employees who would then tell that person Ryan or Jason has called them that.
Normally this could be really funny when you get a long with your staff, (especially in the industry) but when you are mentally abused and disrespected, you don\’t think it\’s funny but in fact harassment and you don\’t want to work there anymore.
So as a result almost everyone but 2 people who have helped open the restaurant has quit or left and some have made up excuses about leaving, but the real reason is that NO ONE likes to work for these assholes because they treat you like shit, and Ryan personally believes that this is the way to manage. Even the new people who just started working here think that Ryan and Jason have their heads way up their asses.
Even though the place gets great food reviews, the fact of the matter is these men are total sexist non thinking small minded retard pigs, who will from the get go tell you that they have a \"crude sense of humor\" and would like to \"pick out the cancer\" of the staff in the end so don\’t take it personally. They just want to see if your strong minded enough to take the abuse. So until the cancer has been fully picked out, the staff will continue to be treated like shit and with no respect.
