over hiring and reasons for firing

I opened this place along with allot of orther people and we left jobs to come here, We opened shortly after that Bar Manager got fired no reason given, A couple of weeks go by and the staff shrink excuse we over hired(BS), I see this and get another job and go down to part time and give away shifts, So I get a phone call liquor cost is high we are cleaning house I asked have I done something answer was we don’t have the resources to find out who is doing it again (BS) really bad experience all around with management.
