She delivers your food and pours your drink… and she doesn’t wash her hands

I witnessed it myself, folks. Lesa Diaz, the General Manager of Lloyd’s Chicago, does not wash her hands after using the restroom.
I would advise against working there. It’s poorly run, no management, the accountant says you make more than you do and pay out the rear in taxes. What else? Oh, it’s way, way over staffed and the kitchen will NEVER get your tickets right.
Lloyd’s is an extremly clean restaurant and there would never be a problem with rotten food (except the scallops) because they are on top of their shit sanitarily. Except Lesa Diaz, who claims using Purell is a great alternative to good ole soap and hot water. Imagine whats lurking under her fingernails.
Purell is fine. And I wash my hands twice a day whether they need it or not. However, unlike some folks, I never sneeze in the chili. I did notice alot of people sneezing in the chili and asked them to stop. I’m such a great GM!
