The owner had an affair with the .Schaumburg g.m. SO EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A REATAURANT she has a job because of her sexual favors There is no loyalty at all. Look how many times they have adds for managers. The average life expectancy is six months if you are lucky.I hope David Flam does open his own restaurant he needs to get his nose out of AD.S ASS!Another GM has only serving experience and more people have quit in the last few months since the only GM in the organization who knew what he was doing was let go trying to save the company money.The backstabbing amongst each other is a real joke . NO ONE TELLS THE TRUTH! Take a job if you are a serious masochist. Im sending out resumes now and as soon as I can get out I will.

It’s kinda hard to hold these people accountable for anything. Everyone knows that Alex Dana is not REALLY the owner of the Rosebud chain. He’s only a front. No one knows the real owner. They are all ASSHOLE mobsters. I worked at Rosebud on Rush. What shit food!! They had a cafeteria steam table! But people paid for it! I quit because I got so tired of looking for a clean apron every morning. Can’t they afford a reputable, mafia-owned linen service?

Why isn’t Alex Dana held accountable for being the racist that he is? It is common knowledge among his staff that he hates Blacks and Mexicans. How disgusted am I by the fact that celebrities like Oprah and Michael Jordan have eaten there and endorsed his restaurant never noticing that not a single Black person has ever worked in any of his restaurants. He will however hire the occasional Mexican and then call them racist names behind their backs, but mainly they are restricted to the kitchen and busser positions. The funny thing is that he idolizes Robert Deniro and practically jizzes on himself whenever he is in town and eats there and everyone knows that Deniro is only into Black women.
