Why would
Thanks for the laugh! I used to say that restaurant owners and mgrs were such idiots because anyone could be one, without any formal training. This app says more about the owners/mgrs than about the people they hire.
owner/mgr: “OK let’s list every way we’ve been screwed in the past.”
My favorite thing about modern business (not just H&R) is how they try to use “tools”, such as this app to devine things that used to be recognized by an interviewer who was a good judge of people just by talking to them. The app is supposed to take the place of someone who has REAL mgt skills. Obviously these guys are just another example. At least they put it out front so veteran workers don’t have to waste their time applying.
