Do not work at SiLa bistro 2630 Hyperion ave in Silverlake ,calif. The owners don’t know how to treat their staff. Their entire kitchen staff already walked out on them, all at once on the same day.
The owners do cheap crappy things like..keeping your time cards and they write the hours for you. not letting u take breaks or if u do take breaks, it’s considered u don’t have anything to do and you get sent home.
All they want is for someone to come in and work like a slave..think of this place as a sweat shop
The food here is the worst. Don’t eat here.
