The long and the short of this place is pretty simple. They underpay, lie about raises and benefits, and generally ride the backs of their Staff for Profit. Nobody over the age of 18 with any decent skills should be working here…it’s a place meant for highschoolers ran by people who have never been in Business before…a start-up with no basic knowledge of how to train or run things effectively. I was lied to when I was brought in, told I’d be making way more than what they started me at, and then watched the Drama unfold. Worked overtime but never got paid for it, requested days off and never got them, and watched the family that owned the place in-fight with each other. Such a tasty Product…such a badly run Company. I fully expect them to go the way of all badly run "ideas", and with the "phase" of Yogurt only "in" for about 2-3 years at a time every 10-15 years or so, they won’t be round for long. Buh-bye!!!
Such a shame that the product is so good and cheap, but they really screw their employees. The owners even take change out of the tip jar to use for their banking, and often don’t put it back…such dishonesty!!!
