Food Server
Location: Rancho Mirage, Riverside Co
Working with other food servers in this establishment is collaborative with the exception of one highly disrespectful individual that is a filthy pig! I see him taking food off plates; pulling a 2 ounce piece from the fish and sticking it inside his mouth right in front of my eyes and laughing. The worst thing is that he is encouraged by some of his friends in the kitchen that also find humor in this sort of behavior. I have gone the owners and reported the problem, but their reaction is to ‘keep it down’ and don’t address the issue of cross contamination or even discussing it with the perpatrator. What recourse do I have if the owners will not take action?
