If you want to work at Bono’s restaurant in Long Beach you better be prepared to experience some pretty brutal harassment from the manager Tim Garner. In the short time I was there a manager who thinks he is completely above the law fondled my crotch every day I was there. I can’t believe someone hasn’t sued this guy. The owner, Christy Bono’s daughter of the late Sony Bono, apparently has been sued more then once for you sexual discrepancies. Yet with all of that, she still encourages management to grope fondle and humiliate the staff sexually, physically and mentally. If you want to see for yourself, go in on a late Wednesday afternoon when Tim has just finished with his wine vendor and is nice and tanked. Sit at the bar and watch how he treats the staff, you could easily witness him stroking the bartenders crotch, laugh about it and walk away with an air of entitlement. It’s disgusting, cruel and sad

I know what your saying man. i worked a couple of doors down from this restaurant and was in there all the time. the gm there was a fag and enjoyed being in his position that way he could get what he wanted. it was disgusting what he did to his employees and the act that some of them let him do it with out saying anything was even worse. at least he wasnt as bad as the gm here that hits on anyone who has tits
I had a gm who did the same thing—-only he grabbed the wrong guy’s schlong and got called out for grabbing a hottie Waiters c#%k—on the FLOOR
manager thought it was fun and games until he was sued/arrested for sexual assault.
management wanted him to stay on! They were angry at the waiter for going to the police. He was fired (for being 1 minute late).
management is being sued too.
The owner just fired her Gm - was it him? I hear she’s a terror on her own though….
