OWNER STEALING 10% TIPS

DO NOT WORK AT THIS PLACE.  IT IS THE WORST RESTAURANT I\’VE WORKED AT IN OVER 20 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS. THE ONLY REASON I\’M STILL HERE IS, THAT IT\’S CLOSE TO MY HOME AND CONVENIENT FOR ME. BUT THE OWNER IS A \"DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDREL\". THE NIGHTLY TIP OUT IS 30% TO 35%, DEPENDING IF THERE IS A BARTENDER OR NOT. THE BREAK DOWN IS, 20% TO THE BUSSERS, 5% TO THE BAR, AND 10% TO THE \"DOOR\".  THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THE DOOR, NEVER GET TIPPED.  THE OWNER SAID IT GOES TO THE \"MANAGER\", WHICH IS JUST AS ILLEGAL AS THE OWNER GETTING THE TIPS.  AND A LOT OF NIGHT HE IS \"THE MANAGER\". WHEN WE WORK A PARTY, THE OWNER MAY OR MAY NOT HELP OUT AND HE WILL TAKE AN EQUAL SHARE OF OUR TIPS AS IF HE WERE A WAITER. ALSO, IN THE FOUR PLUS YEARS I\’VE BEEN HERE, I WAS NEVER ONCE GIVEN A 15 MINUTE BREAK AFTER WORKING FOUR HOURS AS REQUIRED BY LAW.  I WAS TOLD BY THE LABOR BOARD, WE  ARE ENTITLED TO ONE HOURS PAY FOR EVERY BREAK WE ARE NOT GIVEN.  THAT ADDS UP TO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO DATE.  ASLO, IF A SERVER MAKES A MISTAKE WHEN PUTTING AN ORDER IN, HE MAKES THE SERVER PAY FOR IT OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET; THIS ALSO IS ILLEGAL.  THERE IS MUCH MORE GOING ON AT THIS RESTAURANT  WHICH I AM NOT AT LIBERTY TO DISCUSS AT THIS TIME, BECAUSE OF AN ONGOING CLAIM I HAVE WITH THE LABOR BOARD RIGHT NOW. THIS GUY IS THE SCUM OF THE EARTH. HE FIRED A PIZZA MAKER FOR STEALING A LOBSTER TAIL, THEN KEPT HIS WHOLE PAY CHECK, AND TOLD HIM IF HE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT , HE WOULD PRESS CHARGES FOR THE LOBSTER TAIL.  I MEAN, $4OO. FOR A LOBSTER TAIL! GET REAL. THE POOR GUY IS FROM MEXICO, AND HE WAS SCARED OUT OF HIS MIND.
