Don’t work at The Pasadena Melting Pot 
. It is the worst resturant to work at In in the LA area. The owner’s are cheap andjust plain cruel people. They Treat their employees like crap and treat their managers even worst. The have gone thru 16 managers In the less then 3 years they have been open. They pride them self on customer serivce but, don’t know the first thing about it. I warn any one to not attempt to work their because you will make NO Money and be misreable. I would rather stick hot pointers in my eyes then think of working their . Stay away!!
Melting Pots everywhere seem to have a systemic policy of treating their employees like shit.
It’s a sad truth about corporate affairs.
I worked at one, and was fired by the jock redneck douchebag of the (chef) because he was homophobic—–yet on more than one drunken occasion he tried to get into my pants.
When I was being fired. Jay Supple the CEO of the restaurant group was there to witness the event. I brought up the above scenario(s) Having known Jay since I was 10 years old. Chef had no clue about my rapport.
During the meeting as the chef lied through his teeth. Insinuating theft issues while looking right at me, outright lying insults.
I simply played my cellphone recording of Bradnon (chef) trying to get into my pants and threatening me in the same breath.
Jay really surprised me. He said he had no idea I was gay. He said I was still fired. He then gave the chef a raise. Told me I was trespassing, and had his chef physically remove me.
The Lawsuit is being settled out of court
