A great restaurant with horrible management. The motto here is to treat all employees like the bottom of a shoe. They make employees pay for tabs that have walked out and make them clock out to avoid overtime.
Their favorite thing to do is scare employees by making them feel as though they are disposable. Threatening them with the fact that they are "at will" employment.
The District manager Eric is the worst. Yelling at employees in front of other employees in the Back of the House. He repeatedly insults people using curse words and demeaning language.
Also the place is dirty. crawling with cockroaches and mice. I have never even once seen a bottle of sanitizer in this establishment.
