lets start with the kitchen, cross contamination everywhere you look, chicken being left out for days to defrost, everything and I mean everything is frozen, food stored on the floor in the walk-in, fresh tomatoes stored under the filthy basement stairs with shoe droppings all over them, no-one speaks english making communication immposiible, no clean towels anywhere, dirty mexicans wiping sweat from there face and continuing to work, no use of gloves going from cooking a piece of raw chicken on the grill to tossing a salad all with the same dirty hand, deliveries are brought in by the clueless owner during busy meal periods, no structure, no communication, and an owner who thinks he knows what he is doing when the only reason for his success is the location. Stay far far away from this disgusting shithole, clueless management, no training, and no health standards what so ever. On to the front of the house, clueless busboys who scoop ice out of an ice bin with a water glass (thats right a glass) and not a scooper, squeezable mayo and ketchups that have a full days worth of crust all over them, waitstaff who stand around all day pushing off their sidework on the dishwasher, this is a sorry excuse for a cafe with disgusting food and horrible service.
