Chocolate Hell

For a Company that deems not to be Corporate yet has no Business ethics one would think it would be Chocolate Heaven. How about the 2nd Avenue location being closed with no notice. Yes many employees went to work and were locked out due to the closing of the Restaurant without any notice. Also most of the management are all young Lazy rejects from other Restaurants with no integrity that have no clue what it takes to be a real manager. One that helps out staff and finds out answers to questions and not make them up as they go. Also talking and treating staff members like people. This means a huge lack of consistency throughout the restaurant. They tell the staff how disposable they are and make sure that the staff feels it as well (that’s how they know they have done their job). As we all may know breaks don’t come often in this industry but when one is working a 10 hour shift and just wants to take 30 seconds to breathe you are told to run food or bus tables…that would be fine but when tips are being taken from you and there is no food runners or bussers one would wonder where does all this money go????? Also when you see the servers polishing silverware it would be more cleaning as it will be washed many times but the water is quite dirty due to not having hot water from time to time.
