I recently "not too long ago" had the misfortune of dealing with Walter and Laurice Frasier to provide services for my company. It was a very big mistake on my part as they do not provide professional services and they are truly unethical. If you plain on using their services I strongly advise you not too. For various reasons that would be too long to list.

If the person that wrote this was a real client then why would they be on the restaurant page? It’s a bogus posting. It’s a bogus claim.
Also the person that wrote this will not be affecting our clients or cast. Too many people are happy with the services that we provde. We are very well liked in the community and have a proven track record of going above and beyond what is asked of us for our clients.
Again - please note that there are no details, specifics, actions or incidents stated in the rant above to back up these bogus accusations. They are 100% untrue and slanderous. Adding such details to these claims would require a full blow concoction of sinister creativity. The person has no problem stating stuff about being “unethical” and “don’t use” but is unable to share why they feel this way. The person that wrote them is an ex-convict and is currently wanted for credit card fraud and stealing from a handful of actors with another theatre company.

Because it’s a bogus story. If somebody was spreading lies about you then you would do the same thing. No client would write this. Neither would a cast member. There are A LOT of unethical thugs in this business(specifically the one that wrote this fabrication), but we are not one of them. .. and we have a small army of artists, producers and actors that would be happy to back us up on that.
These are some pretty strong accusations. Recently the supreme court ruled that an anonymous blogger be outed for posting “statements and suggestions made on the blog are malicious and untrue”. The victim sued google and the judge ruled that their identity be revealed. The victim then slapped a defamation suit of 2 Million dollars against the “no longer anonymous” blogger. I can imagine that google has some pretty high end lawyers that this poster could probably not afford. I would probably cease and desist. Otherwise you might find yourself on the wrong side of the courtroom.

I checked out the web links you added to one of your postings and your improv troupe is just not funny. You guys have tons of videos posted on You Tube and they are just not good. I came to the conclusion that the only reason you guys work is because you book yourselves. And lucky for you guys you came up with a good angle with that improv for kids. Kids are not hard to please. Just get them involved and have them interact and they are happy and the parents are happy and you guys look much better than you really are.
“RECENTLY” - Mr Tamayo was let go from this company 2 years ago and still stalks our current employees while living a homeless exsistance. He was ostrosized by the entire comedy community due to his illegal dealings and sexual harassment. This is really funny to me. AS I wish no ill on anyone, I have had to let go many unprofessional and/or untalented individuals an a number of individual basis. Many have left on bad terms. Unfortunately I produce theater at an up and coming level. Many young hopeful actors and actresses get their start with our company. Many that are over looked by established NYC icons. Many have gone on to star on TV, FILM and Broadway. We are very proud of our success stories. Being lovable and “Child-like” though I am also over trusting. Most of my past colleagues have been dear and sweet and continue to be great friends long after working side by side. Many are very selfish in this business. Some are outright sinister. Most are just incredibly insecure, leading to a lot of foolish antics. Anyone let go from a good thing will feel bitter and run to sights like these. But here you will not read about the success stories. Here you will not read about the 1000s of satisfied audiences.
