Good Service Experience

I love to rant with the best of them, but I was wondering,has anyone had a really good or at least decent Restaurant service experience?
For me it was many years ago @ Rockefeller Center outdoor restaurant, it was easy, cash and cary, the old NCR system, fun staff and a fun summer, many people would come back.
The next one was just luck of the draw, at a well known but now gone restaurant in it’s last days where the owner wasn’t around, the GM was fair, the Maitre’D was fair and fun, the waitstaff was top notch,cooperative and fun and we made good money, it lasted 1 year then everyone went on to do other things.
I worked at a 2 well known restaurants in Brooklyn that were great, and a Madison Avenue place that has had no turnover in about 6 yrs! That says it all!
