I got fired twice by The third most sacred position in Starbucks

Ok, so I keep my hat a little tilted I’m loud with my co-workers we are joking and you know just having fun and keeping happy at work. My very first review to see if I get my pay increase. Boss puts me in the back room and he tells me, he thinks I’M TOO GHETTO. OMSmurfinG are you smurfin’ serious?! So next day I am upset that I didn’t get a raise at all. So to get my revenge I write a note on my the computere in the back. My boss tells me that I’m fired, that was not the star skills. I am fired. UNFORTUNATELY for my boss. Their was an open house like 2 or 3 blocks away the same day. I tell my boss "Ok. I’ll still get my job back" I go to the open house in my uniform still. Apply for the job. MY District manager is their. Sees what is going on, takes me back and we talk about it. Ever since then, OMSG my boss has had it in for me. I mean, wow. Everybody says I’m the guy that got fired/rehired the same day. 2 years later. I was late for work. Come in 1 punch in the back room, I’m upset. I got jumped by 3 guys. My wallet, ipod and had to go the station. I got fired because me punching the the locker was not the star skills. My boss is like maaaaaaaaaad racist. Now he always says Richie, you are my Hispanic co-worker lol.
