It’s a shame that you really don’t know who you hire sometimes and also when a constantly problematic employee leaves without giving proper notice and lets down a “team” of co-workers and then has the audacity to write a negative comment on these bullshit internet blogs.
Grow up and take responsibilty for your own actions at work and in your personal life.

Actually, I wrote this comment, asshole. And I did give you my 2 week notice, asshole. And I’m so sorry to let your “team” down you thieving asshole. And this is still not finished wiseguy. You still owe me my cash tips money, unless you blew it all up your nose already, cokehead.

I’ll be contacting you again tomorrow for the rest of the money you owe me, however, the division of wage and hourly has already been alerted to your “business” style mafioso practices so even if you give me my money, your ass is still in the frying pan. This is classic. Well “Cesar” this blog posting, and others wasn’t my doing first of all. Look at the date it was posted. I left in mid July. You have no idea what was going on. In all of my years working for restaurants, I have never seen a more distasteful way of executing a restaurant, let alone a fine dining restaurant. Everything was ripped off from Restaurant Nicholas, Red Bank, NJ, from menu, even up to server uniforms. Granted, I lacked experience, but I have seen far greater execution working for a corporate restaurant, from a former inmate who stabbed his brother with a rusty screwdriver. That alone is sad. Now, you eluding to the fact that I was constantly problematic, that just shows

A: You really don’t know who wrote this post.
B: Again, you have no idea what you’re talking about.
C: You’re someone from the restaurant covering up.

I was anything but, problematic. I was called off to work only to get called back in at a much later time on multiple occasions without complaint. I wanted to learn so badly about fine dining, but these people managed to crush my spirit. Not sure if it’s directed at me, but I’ll man up and say so. I’ll admit, yes I did quit with no notice, but not for just any reason. I grew up and decided not to subject myself (with the exception of a few cool people there) to people that have been infected by ignorance and lack of morales and ethics. Shame on you “Cesar”, but you’re probably just as ignorant, so that is your curse alone. I usually don’t pray, but I’ll pray for you and your family that you get on the right side, because I don’t think there is much the human race can do for you. For now you’re just going to have to endure the hell you made for yourself.

So on that note, this posting here is completely true. Go ahead and work there but don’t expect to get your cash tips on time, don’t expect to have the right amount on your paychecks, and DO NOT expect to get professionalism from these people. You know who you are and for those that are doing their job, i miss you, good luck, and you will get fleeced.
