is a byob ,but the owner (Pino d’alto) is charging the employees for the alcohol in return. So every night on a bottle of wine (I am talking about the big gallons of wine) he makes at least a 700% profit.
With other word he buys a bottle of cheap wine at the liquorstore ($12.99) and charges each server $10.00 in return.There are approx. 6 to 7 servers per night.
In addition he pays about 14 or $15 per two weeks on the paycheck (even if you work 40hours).

Honey, please tell me you don’t need me to tell you the rules of game. You don’t pay the owner jack in a job you’re paid to do. I did hit up the link you attached. I hope this is your first job because if you’ve done this for more than a day, you know better. If you are new to New Jack City or the likes of it, learn from it and move on.
