Establishment: red robin
Location: bartonsville plaza, stroudsburg pa
I worked at the Red Robin in the Bartonsville Plaza on Rt 611 in stroudsburg. Never eat at this establishment. I saw a host of common no-no’s such as spitting in food, letting foods sit out fo the cooler for prolonged amounts of time, dropping food on the floor and serving it anyway, but above all the problem was managment. I witnessed managers having sex with employees, managers doing keg stands in the beer cooler, managers snorting cocaine, managers smacking employees’ asses, and a host of other unethical behaviors. Further more if staff was injured or sick, managment would push them to stay and work. I saw people with probably strept and brochial infections held at work. They did not care about food bourne illness, they more cared about being fully staffed. This lead to sneezing and dripping snot and other body fluids all over the kitchen and serving areas. One employee even had a staph aureous like rash on his skin and was forced to handle and serve food. Thats just distgusting.
