The owner of Flute is a complete psycho French guy who thinks his place is the center of the universe. There is no barback or busboy and when it’s busy you work your ass off. But when it’s slow the management will come in and blame you for that. The money really isn’t that good and you will constantly have to cover extra shifts that are supposed to be your days off. Do not waste your time in this hole.
