Shameless is just the beginning when it comes to Flex Mussels. The Owner Peter Rabasco literally steals your money and then refuses to pay you what you are owed. He is a scammer, thief, manipulative and most of all his word means nothing. He will find one way or another to not pay you.
Department of Labor should definitely look into this mobster mentality he has. This is not the 1980\’s. People have rights and he refuses to pay his employees giving them bounce checks all the time. IT IS ALL ABOUT HIM AND LINING HIS OWN POCKETS.
DO NOT WORK FOR HIM!!

i presently work for him at a bar in poughkeepsie,ny named Myth…and i also agree he is a no good scumbag that just wants to manipultae u and not care about anyone but himself…he serves underage girls just to hope he can fuck them at the end of the night…if u know him and see this please comment and let everybody know that there are people out there like peter…
Just because someone has a fall out with another person doesn’t mean you need to bash them.. there is two sides to a story and I’m sure the people complaining weren’t the best of employees.. I have worked for them and seen some of you come and go due to bad work ethics.. they are great people and will bend over backwards to help you.
Pudding Stones West Village is an amazing place with amazing people especially Peter. He works his butt off to ensure great service and a great atmosphere.. and is respectable..
Myth Poughkeepsie is an awesome night club.. and ran awesome!! They have great music and a great vibe.. they dont serve underage people, treat staff and clients great. They have an awesome vip table and treat you like royalty.
You should check both places out and get your own opinion rather than two disgruntled employees make a bad name for them..
I actually work at Pudding Stones West Village and I would like to inform the reader that it is a great place to be involved with…. I have been there 3 out of the 5 weeks they have been open… so far since late feb 2010… Peter is there everyday to deal with any issues and is basically married to the place…how can a site like this reveal a one sided slander remark?
