This so called Chef should not handle food, he can’t tell the difference between fresh and spoiled food. I have worked with this idiot in the hotel and I can’t believe what I have seen. The good owners of the hotel should keep a eye on this guy. I wouldn’t be surprised if people got sick from his food handling practices. We had much better Chefs in the past that knew what they were doing. It’s to bad that this creepy guy has his name on the menu. Well, I guess he won’t last long, then they can get a real Chef and bring back the good reputation for dining that the hotel deserves.

That’s North Pacific Management Group for you. They’ll post an ad, there will probably be about 50-60 mega qualified applicants, but they’ll invariably hire the least experienced, biggest hack they can find. My theory is they do this because then they get people “bound” to them. They seem to really like longevity (which is fine) but at the price of quality.
How does this goof ball call himself a Chef let alone keep a job. I would watch the back door at the end of his shifts.
Chef Josh Deehr continues to provide the gag effect when he tries to make his food edible, I get to many comments from visitors who wish they could get better food. What is up with this guy. He seems to have no clue how to cook. I guess this why he has failed at everything he has tried. If he wants to work in a restaurant he should try dishwashing or mopping the floor when the real cooks

My family and I have actually ate some of his food. We did get really sick and now that I see all this, I think his food is what did it. I do not understand how they can keep a man who does not know what he is doing running the kitchen. I believe if this keeps up, that Hotel will be closed down. At least the restraunt. They should keep a better eye on their employees. Half of them look like they are substance abusers. This night was NOT a very pleseant night for me and I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
I know Josh and this is absolute nonsense - a slanderous ad-hominem attack from a disgruntled employee who was fired for poor performance. The repeated posts below, alleging to “confirm” the original accusation, are clearly from the same person.
I couldn’t agree more, they really had to reach far into the grease trap to find this guy. I won’t be spending my money on his crap anytime soon. We love the hotel and it’s history. Sorry we can’t go there food anymore. Yuk…
