Well kudos to Grand Heritage for giving Rich his walking papers! Seems they have eliminated his position a kind way of firing someone. It is so much more than he deserves after running off so many qualified people in that kitchen. Chef Andy is really good at what he does and maybe with a little tweaking things will turn around for them. They have some great people working in that kitchen and with a few pats on the back, instead of the constant put downs it might just be the great place it could be. Time will tell and good luck to all!
Well congrats to Aguariva it is about time hope they can now get down to creating the restaurant they want to be. I agree they have some great cooks there and Chef Andy knows what he is doing. Maybe with his leadership they will get back on the right track. The crew could use some positive feedback once in a while to help elevate morale God knows they could use it. It is hard to care about your work when all you hear is just how inadequate you are, even joking this can be a morale buster. I concur a few good pats on the back all around will surely help productivity. We will have to check back in a few weeks to see if things are looking better.
