So the owner of Skyline Restaurant is the very definition of the word bitch. She is condescending and rude to me every day in front of staff and customers and rarely if ever has anything positive to say about my hard work or that of the crew. In my opinion it is because she is unhappy with her life/looks and has self-esteem issues. Favoritism is sooooo blatant it is funny. Her brother works there as a cook and regularly gets in fights with employees and is hands down the most negative and cold hearted person I have ever met. Seriously. Yet although he would constantly cause problems in the workplace and voice his unsatisfaction working there he never has to worry about losing his job. For any reason. Sexism is strong. Females are treated as employees should and men are treated like idiots. Except for one male who she makes clear is her favorite and also could not get fired or punished even if he tried. If she is having a bad day, you are likely to get fired that day without any real cause. BUT tips are good. It is a diner so there is a very fast turn over and I do enjoy the atmosphere besides dealing with her. Nothing at this restaurant is computerized leaving nearly no paper trail and it is clear that she nudges things in her favor come tax time.
I believe that employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors in running a business ESPECIALLY in customer service and Michelle needs to understand that when you offend your employees and treat them like garbage it leaves them little reason to do a good job for you. It causes them to slack off/call in sick/give poor service because they feel that even if they do a good job it won’t be recognized short of maybe a bigger tip.

It sounds like ‘Good Employee’ is either a fanatical ass kisser, or the owner of the Skyline knows about this website. Who the hell would go under the user name of ‘Good Employee’?
Memo to Management(they love memos!): If you can’t handle reading someones grievances, stay the hell off the internet.
P.S. The turn of phrase ‘YOUR AN shitty employee’ is incorrect. Try ‘YOU’RE A shitty writer’. The self-reference should help lodge the concept into your tiny brain.

I have worked off and on for Skyline rest. for many years and what this person is saying is not anyone who works for Michelle or really knows what kind of person she is personaly or as a business owner, she is a whole hearted person who cares for every person she knows and that works for her, this sounds like a personal attack on her not her business. GET A LIFE!!!!
It sounds like your an shitty employee and don’t have any respect so you have to write up shit like this so other losers can read it. Why don’t you put up your own money and buy your own place then you have the right to bitch about it. Owners put there life’s and all there money up for people like you to have a good job.
