Establishment: Scam/Fake, but Maybe Urban Restaurant Group

And even if it isn’t, like anyone really wants to work for such a cheap bastard. The reason I suspect Urban Restaurant Group is because they’ve recently acquired properties in Sherwood and Vancouver, as well as new catering space in the Pearl. And they’re mega shady.
Established upscale restaurant group with new venues is now in the process of hiring for ALL restaurant, plus catering positions (i.e.: Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, kitchen managers, line cooks, waiter/waitress, bartenders, servers, Bouncer-must be licensed, DJ, restaurant managers)

A reply to my email accusing them of scaming, revealed it to be the personal email of Urban Restaurant Group’s executive chef. So it is, in fact them.
This has been an interesting thread. Need some clarification, though. You referred to the “Urban Restaurant Group.” The closest local match I can find, however, is Urban Restaurants, Inc. Are these different entities, or was it simply misspoken? Was the executive chef who responded Kevin Kennedy of Urban Restaurants, Inc.? I want to verify who truly placed placed the ad, as I am interested in following up on this story.
