something positive

Establishment: buffalo wild wings

Location: cascade station

this restaurant has only been open since september,  but in the short time i have worked there i have come to really admire the GM, Brian. He is a great guy and honestly cares about his work and employees. the same can be said about the kitchen manager, Pedro. Because it was a NSO there have been large shifts in employees, and a lot of scheduling conflicts worked out because they werent sure how business was going to be. it caused a lot of frustration, but is constantly being corrected. in the beginning, i left a shift having only 2 tables at lunch (walking away with less than ten dollars), the manager that was checking me out handed me an extra ten because they knew how rough it had been. im not saying that should be expected, but it is one of the many ways that shows that they care.

I have worked in a few different restaurants and this is one that i can honestly say has great management and truly care about their emplyees.

bravo.

The wings suck…

The wings really suck, go back to ohio.

Fire On The Mountain is much better and the wings are big not anorexic like Buffalo Wild.
