I can’t believe that Candy hired Tim Hoffman to be there GM. I worked for him at Hooters and Dixie and he is a terrible manager. He schedules staff based on his sexual actions. He’s take his staff out and parties with them, gets them drunk and trys to get you back to his house and in hot tub and have sex with him. Take it form someone that worked for him this guy is a real creep and gross, beware of Tim.

I used to work for Tim too, and I liked him, thought he was a good guy. Normally I would be defending him after reading something so scandalous, but…he fired me without any warnings. So fuck him.

I have worked for Mr. Hoffman for a total of 3 years. Mr. Hoffman is a great manager. If you worked for him at Hooters and thought he was a bad manager why in the world would you go to work for him at another place? That just dosent make cents! I’m guessing that he either fired you because of poor workmanship and/or you were just upset because he was not interested in you! Really, get over yourself. You probably are just some girl that got way fat after Hooters and is now stuffing her fat ugly face while spreading untrue lies about people on her p.c. Maybe your porky greesie finger tips slipped off a a few keys on your key board and ment that Tim was a great manager and a fair one.
Tim is a cool guy, he didn’t deserve the way CEG treated him and you can’t base any managers ability on how they behave working for CEG.. Essentially you are managing with a gun to your head at the whims of Jeff Plew.. .Give Tim a break.. I wish him good luck at Candy.
…and this was not the case! He is very nice and caring, and never gave any kind of creepy vibe to me or anyone else, as far as I know! The schedule was NOT based on sexual actions, I think you are making this up unless maybe he was different in the past but I would guess he wasn’t.
