Over the last year, the upper managment has taken ever measure to Fuck the wait staff at Big River. We are now epected to make are own desserts, expo, work arger sections and still pay out are fucking five percent to the kitchen/bar/busser. Where the fuck doed that money go? Im thinking right into the greedy owners pocket.
I love that we are expected to handle eight table sections and get in trouble when are service is less than par. Fuck that!!
THis staff is being pushed to the limit and If I were the owner I would attempt to reconcile some fashion of this problem before it explodes in his dumb, bud light drinking face.
Ps. your tip out system is illegal and there are several people building a case against you. I would consider giving us are tips back, taking one less trip to mexico and giving your kitchen staff a raise from profits, not from your over stressed waiters pockets!

Pooling tips, required sharing of tips, not illegal.
If in fact management is keeping any portion of the tips, then yes, illegal.
All you’ve stated is that “you think” the owner is getting the tips.
