I don’t know where to start with this place. Overall, I think that the owning company, RUI, is to blame, mainly because the new management staff is as bad as the old. Though, the chef is a real piece of work, and he’s been there for years. Everyone has to walk on eggshells around him since no one knows when he’ll lose it next. It seems that the rules and procedures change on a daily basis and if you want a schedule that you can live on, you have to be someone’s best friend.
