Response Story:   Sorry to break it to you, but I worked with Philippe, and I found him to be nothing but professional, organized and pretty well respected. Unless of course, you didn't do your job well. If you don't believe me, read "PX This" written by the ex maitre d' of 66. The entire last 1/3 of the book mentions Philippe constantly and there is not one bad thing said about him.
