This place is absolutely not worth your effort. Trust me, this is an overrated, blatantly abusive and toxic enviornment. I won't elaborate the extent of my experience there suffice it to say it was not pleasant. Furthermore, you are required to remember everything on the menu when you are placing in order in the computer. Every item has a code and you have to remember each code for everything. It is not like entering information in a micros, aloha or squirrel system. It is like over two hundred items. And prior to each shift there is this demeaning and cruel pre shift where the GM who thinks that he god's gift to restaurants uneccessarily grills you and makes you feel like you are a piece of shit. The ambience reminded me of an intense, grueling audition. The money is nothing to brag about either. For all the work and abuse, you are better off working at a diner. You will make more money and probally be treated better. Michael's always seem to be hiring and that has to say something for the management. Also, please know that the GM is a big, overweight bully who needs to attend anger management classes. He is disguting and cruel. When I was there, the entire staff seemed overworked, underappreciated and scared like little, beaten children. I hated it there. So, glad I listened to my instincts and get the fuck out. You should do the same!
