Poster's Story Title:   Deception at the US OPEN Name Of Establishment:   The Levy Group Location:   US OPEN Story:   The Levy group has allowed servers to deceive U.S. Open guests,for Parties of six or more, servers are allowed to add gratuity to guest's checks without informing the guests so naturally they get double tipped without the guests ever being aware of the included tip.The Levy group is so unorganized and untrustworthy. They do not know how to seat customers , they pick and choose even when they do have lots of empty seats . The Management is so corrupt they would not treat their servers fairly , for instant ,managers would help to reset tables for some servers, so those servers can flip tables quick while other servers tables remain available, Tina and Jonathon the managers of both Champion grill and Aces are Bigots, they have a hard time dealing with the fact that servers come in all colors, genders, and sizes. After 3 years of Levy handling the US Open they are still unprofessional , deceiving , and corrupt.. They should be let go and professionals need to take over. Under Levy's guidance, prosperity has fled and chaos has set in at the US Open
