This place is the worst to work for if your a true
chef, it is a wast of talent and if your someone who actually has goals for youe career. I don’t just wanna seem like I’m trashing this place with no substance behind it. Ok this is the layout everything is basically out of a can, and all meat and even vegtables are prefabbed. I’ve worked at high end hotels for more than half of my career, and never have I experienced a place like this where everyone has the mantality like its the best thing ever, and it has been soo low quality. Finally if you do happen to be so unfortunate to work there be mindful of the cooks and chefs, can you say backstabbers. They all think they should be sous chef and have just the experience from this place which isnt much. Due much to the fact they arent allowed to create specials or even work with and products other than cooking it. Lol this place is creating drones who think they are chefs lacking creativity and the knowledge need to thrive in this industry. Like I said if your serious get out!!!!!!

You are talking about most of the Hotels in San Diego its CHEAP to hire illegals and train them like Monkeys to serve canned food– TRUST me when I say that 3/4 of the rest. kitchen workers in S.D. have got thier S.S.I.# off the internet, aND IN MEXICO THEY DON’T GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT HEALTH CODES OR GOOD FOOD
