Stay Away!!!

Just wanted to give everyone who is currently searching the food and beverage market in San Diego to STAY AWAY FROM THE FRENCH MARKET GRILLE AND HEXAGONE! The owner and manager is a man named Patrick who is tyranically abusive in many ways as an employer. I only worked there for four months and literally saw 10 people hired and fired in that time. I was recently let go for not being available on sundays eventhough I had cearly wrote this on my application and verbally confirmed it in my interview. Paychecks are never on time and he chooses when he gives you your unpaid tips. The money can be decent but only because he requires you to have 12 hours a day 7 days a week available for him. So if your offered employment at either of his restaurants, RUN!!!!
