the worst place to work ever

the owner hires every couple of months because the entire staff changes every couple of months no one is crazy enough to stay more than 3 months! The owner is INSANE Everyone in this industry has worked for crazy bosses but this guy is absurd, he shouldnt be allowed to walk the streets. Crazy screaming fits, "forgetting" to pay tips, not giving people tax forms, giving checks out when its convenient for him, these are just a few of the joys of working in this dump. Every few weeks one of the distributers refuses him food because of lack of payment. Do you even want to hear about the rancid steaks being served, or the dog size rats running across the line!

I am glad to get this stuff up front. I recently applied for a job there and after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of the (chef if that’s what he is) there was nothing Now I know why–they are IDIOTS!!!
funny, because i work on 2 blocks up on fifth, currently looking for a new job and have seen various employment listings for bella luna probably 10 times in last year. thanks for the advice, i have gotten so desperate i almost went in there the other day for an interview.
I know exactly what you are talking about. I only last there for about 2 1/2 months. The tips were great when there was business but half the time there was none. I just couldn’t stand the owner who would fired anyone for any little thing, steal tips, the manager who buckled under pressure. And the final straw was when the owner decided that a table that had left me a great tip for the service I did must have been wrong in doing so, so he refunded the tip and said he can’t believe they would leave a tip like that.
