After working there for years the GM was fired. The new mangement who were 2 former bartenders told us we had to start tipping out to the BOH by as much as 6% of our total sales. Meanwhile they both started coming in wearing all new bling, as us servers lost no joke 50% of our total tips. They said, \"If we didn\’t like it, we could leave!\" They cut back and mix up all our schedules. The new managers are both jerks who tolerate sexual harrasment and undermind our ability to save their own asses. Dumb and dumber decieded to put these two as managers. Robby seems out of the loop on the place or he would have realized the idiots have opened the door to litigation. Everyone, but them who probaly never read the news much less have any knowlage apart from taking advantage of women know its not leagal to tip out employees on salery.
