so the fine dining restaurant i work for hasnt be doing so well for the last year or so, it got to the point recently where the owner cant afford to pay us out from our credit card tips on our regular biweekly schedule. in the recent economy i understand not everyone is doing so well, but we employees dont live in a million dollar home and drive a ferrari! how dare he!
Chances are he has huge debt on his ferrari, million dollar home, and the restaurant. With loans, a person can be completely broke and still give the appearance of wealth. Obviously, even if he was broke and on the verge of bankruptcy, that does not give him an excuse to steal tips from his employees.
