Where are the best fine dining restaurants to work for ?

Moving to San Diego from NYC, I have been bartending for 5 years, I’d love to know how to look for a bartending job in SD, and where are the best fine dining places aroud. Anyone? Thanks.
First of all, WELCOME TO DIEGO, pronounced as u would “affectionately refer to a certain group of Italians”. That said, do’nt be discouraged by mistrust and jealousy, u r more than welcome here if u can really serve. S.D. has a horrible service rep., due in large part to the fact that we are a transient town.(in my opinion, and im a native). You will want to concentrate ur search in areas like La Jolla, Del Mar, Fairbanks Ranch, and after yrs. of expansion, now downtown. In addition, Hillcrest, the rainbow comm. of S.D. also has some decent places. But I would think that u would surely know what publications to peruse. As all fine dining emp.’s do……..trip. A, fodors, Zaggat, etc. But there are the local indust. rags…..try the index at signonsandiego.com, and good luck. P.S. quick, what r ur clear liquors in the well? What’s in a Mai Tai? Quick….lol.
