Not staying open for too long

Anyone ever worked there? I was there (off and on) for about 3 months. This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever worked at. From snotty chefs who won’t let you modify food according to what the guest wants , to the dirtbag owner who thought his feces dont smell, to my fellow bartender who chided me for (god forbid!!) using a chilled martini glass for a cosmo instead of the ones on the shelf that are room temperature, it just goes on and on…. The stories are seriously too numerous to mention, but I should have known the first night behind the bar when I was told they didn’t have an apron for me because they ran out, apparently they made 50 and people would work one, maybe two shifts there and not come back. And during my tenure there, they went through 3 general managers, and the new guy was talking about quitting. Absolutely unreal. If you want to read some funny reviews, go to google and type in monte cristo cafe san francisco and read some, they are absolutely hysterical!! I keep waiting for them to close, but they somehow are still open. After I was no longer given shifts (I had too much of a positive attitude for them I think) I hooked up with a really cool, fun place in North Beach that I am VERY happy at, so I guess it all worked out in the end. If anyone has stories please post them I would love to read them…
